①使用年限在十年內(nèi)時宜采用鋁塑板,原因是現(xiàn)在的鋁塑板良莠不齊,魚目混珠,加之考慮施工時需現(xiàn)場加工,內(nèi)外表面的鋁箔只有0.5mm許多廠家的鋁塑板是采用輥涂工藝進行表面處理的,表面有一定的紋理,因此設計人員在進行材料使用率優(yōu)化時要注意不可將板面橫豎亂放,影響效果按照規(guī)范要求,鋁塑板的邊部需加強,可采用鋁方管或角鋁等固定,粘接膠宜采用中性硅酮結構膠當鋁塑板安裝部位在建筑物的防火區(qū)間或靠近該區(qū)時,應采用防火型鋁塑板當鋁塑板設計尺寸較大時,需進行加強肋的結構計算以確定肋的規(guī)格和分布間距固定鋁塑板和龍骨的耳板多采用角鋁,角鋁的長度不宜小于50mm,角鋁在龍骨一邊上宜開長孔,保證板面的熱脹冷縮。設計人員還需注意不要在易破壞部位使用鋁塑板,否則需在背面做加固處理。

②使用年限在十年以上時宜采用鋁單板。鋁單板強度好,耐腐蝕性強,在工廠加工能保證質量。由于施工現(xiàn)場所要鋁單板是在工廠加工成成品,直接安裝即可,所以設計人員在做鋁單板加工圖時需注明鋁單板的材質、厚度、固定耳板規(guī)格和加工尺寸及分布間距、加工誤差要求、加強肋的規(guī)格和分布間距等。需要注意的是耳板靠近龍骨一側的固定孔的加工尺寸要考慮熱脹冷縮,一般在耳板上開長圓孔,固定螺釘時要盡量將螺釘固定在長圓孔的中部,這樣即方便安裝又可有伸縮性,同時要注意板四周的耳板要錯位固定,否則在安裝時可能“打架”鋁單板表面宜采用氟碳噴涂(氟碳樹脂的各項性能都較其他處理方式優(yōu)越),盡量避免采用輥涂方式(有的加工廠的輥涂產(chǎn)品有方向性,影響外觀效果)。

現(xiàn)在有很多建筑采用穿孔鋁單板以豐富效果,如果穿孔鋁單板后面沒有防水隔離層,那就可在實體墻外表面做防水層或作雙層幕墻或直接在穿孔鋁單板背面做防水隔離層,然后再設計穿孔鋁單板。鋁單板的孔洞尺寸必須大于板厚(工藝要求),孔間距及尺寸要依據(jù)材質的強度要求(純鋁單板較合金鋁單板強度低),同時考慮加強肋的安裝,避免影響外視效果。合理的設計是先做樣板,通過遠觀和近看確定孔尺寸及間距。
