普通鋁單板其構(gòu)造主要由面板、加強(qiáng)筋和角碼組成，表面一般經(jīng)過鉻化等處理后，再采用氟碳或粉末噴涂處理，一般分為二涂、三涂或四涂。

鋁單板一般采用2~4mm厚的純鋁板或優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁合金板為基材來做表面處理，國內(nèi)一般使用3.0mm厚的鋁合金板做為建筑外墻裝飾。
