6061、6063及6N01三種鋁合金半連續(xù)鑄錠及其均勻化處理后的微觀組織和性能進行系統(tǒng)的比較研究,結(jié)果表明：
The microstructure and properties of 6061, 6063 and 6N01 semi continuous casting ingots and their homogenization were compared systematically. The results showed that:
(1)6061、6063及6N01合金半連續(xù)鑄錠中存在較多的結(jié)晶相,其中多數(shù)形成枝晶網(wǎng),少量呈球狀分布于基體中；形成枝晶網(wǎng)的主要為細(xì)長狀和不規(guī)則形狀的Al5FeSi相或Al5(FeMn)Si相以及黑色不規(guī)則條塊狀(有時為共晶形態(tài))的Mg2Si相；分布在基體中的球狀產(chǎn)物為含AlMgSiCu的共晶體
(1) there are many crystalline semi continuous casting of 6061, 6063 and 6N01 phases, most of which form a network of dendrites, a spherical distribution in the matrix; the formation of dendrite network mainly is slender and irregular shape of the Al5FeSi phase or Al5 (FeMn) Si and the black irregular block (sometimes the eutectic morphology) Mg2Si phase; spherical product distribution in the matrix for CO crystals containing AlMgSiCu
(2)6061、6063及6N01鋁合金半連續(xù)鑄錠中的結(jié)晶相均呈現(xiàn)由鑄錠表面至心部尺寸增大、數(shù)量增多的分布的規(guī)律,其中與6063合金相比6061和6N01合金鑄錠中的結(jié)晶相數(shù)量較多、尺寸較大,而且后兩者的結(jié)晶相由鑄錠表面至心部數(shù)量和尺寸增大均較明顯,另外6061合金鑄錠中所含Mg2Si體積分?jǐn)?shù)較大,6N01合金中其次,6063合金中較小。

(3)6061、6063及6N01鋁合金半連續(xù)鑄錠中的枝晶臂間距也均呈由鑄錠表面至心部增大的規(guī)律；其中6061合金鑄錠中枝晶臂間距較大(表面附近為92.7μm、心部為114.2μmm),6N01合金中次之(表面附近為80.9μm、心部為96.6μm),6063合金中較小(表而附近為71.5μm、心部為88.1μm)。(4)6061、6063及6N01合金半連續(xù)鑄錠鋁板的較低過燒溫度分別為577℃,615℃及572℃。
(3) 6061, 6063 and 6N01 Aluminum Alloy semi continuous casting in the dendrite arm spacing is increased by the ingot surface to the central part of the law; of which 6061 alloy ingot in the dendrite arm spacing (the maximum near the surface is 92.7 m, the core is 114.2 mm), the second (6N01 alloy near the surface is 80.9 m, the core is 96.6 m), a minimum of 6063 alloy (table and near 71.5 m, the core is 88.1 m). (4) the minimum overfiring temperature of 6061, 6063 and 6N01 alloy semi continuous ingot plates is 577, 615 and 572, respectively.
